Operator guide

The Dragon Fury Agent handbook

For operators who keep things running day to day: what an agent account is, how you get into the backend, the routines that prevent problems and the security habits that protect your account.

What is a Dragon Fury agent account?

A Dragon Fury agent account is an operator-level backend account issued to someone who serves stores and players directly. Agents are the front line. When a store needs help or a balance needs attention, the agent is usually the first person who hears about it.

Agent accounts are issued, not registered. A distributor or provider creates the account and hands over credentials. The permissions on that account, what you can view, change or move, are set at that point and can differ between agents.

Who typically uses one

  • Store owners who want to manage their own location rather than depend on someone else.
  • Independent operators supporting a handful of locations.
  • Staff working on behalf of a distributor, with their own separate login.

Backend access for agents

Authorized Dragon Fury agents sign in at the verified backend portal, https://pccnz.dragonfury.club/, using the platform credentials issued to them. That is the agent portal. It is not the player site at dragonfury.club.

Open Dragon Fury Backend

Opens pccnz.dragonfury.club in a new tab. You are leaving DragonFuryBackend.com.

DragonFuryBackend.com does not request or store agent credentials, ever. For troubleshooting see the agent login page.

User-management functions

Agents usually need to look after the accounts directly beneath them. Whether your account can create, edit or only view those accounts is a permission set by whoever issued it, and we have not verified a standard list. When you receive your login, ask for a short written summary of what it can do. Keep it with your records; it removes guesswork when you are busy.

Credit functions

Agents work with a credit balance supplied by their distributor or provider. How credit reaches you and how you can use it depends on your account. The constant is record keeping: note your balance at the start and end of every session, and log each movement. The credits guide has a simple format you can copy.

A working day as an agent

01

Open

Type pccnz.dragonfury.club yourself, sign in, note your balance.

02

Check in

Read messages from stores. Prioritize anything blocking a location from operating.

03

Act and record

Handle each request in turn. Write it down as you do it, not afterwards.

04

Watch your balance

If it is running low, request more from your distributor before it becomes urgent.

05

Close

Reconcile your log against the backend. Sign out, especially on shared devices.

Dragon Fury agent vs. distributor

From the agent's side, the distributor is your supplier and your escalation point. You depend on them for credentials, credit and help with anything beyond your own permissions. They depend on you to keep your locations running and to tell them early when something is off.

Setup and onboarding

  1. Agree terms with a distributor or provider, such as Titan Gaming Solutions.
  2. Receive your username and initial password privately, never in a group chat.
  3. Open pccnz.dragonfury.club directly and sign in. Change the initial password if prompted or permitted.
  4. Bookmark the portal. Delete any old VBlink bookmarks.
  5. Ask for the written summary of what your account can do.
  6. Start your log with your opening balance.

Agent security

  • Use a password you use nowhere else.
  • Do not let store staff use your login. Ask for them to be issued their own if needed.
  • Be suspicious of "urgent" messages asking you to sign in through a link.
  • Sign out on any device you do not control.

If you worked as a VBlink agent, or a VBlink777 agent, you have probably noticed the Dragon Fury name replacing it. Users familiar with VBlink may now encounter Dragon Fury branding throughout the operator side, and the current backend is pccnz.dragonfury.club rather than any VBlink backend address you may have saved.

Check with the distributor or provider that issued your VBlink agent account before assuming your login, balance or store relationships are unchanged. The VBlink to Dragon Fury login guide walks through what to check.
