The portal is for authorized operator-level account holders: agents, distributors, administrators and other operator accounts issued in your network. Specific permissions depend on the account issued. Two people who sign in successfully may see quite different options, and that is normal.

I think I am on the wrong backend URL
Check the address bar. It should read pccnz.dragonfury.club exactly. If you arrived from a search ad or a forwarded link and the address differs, close the tab and use the button above.
I accidentally used the player portal
dragonfury.club is the player site and will not accept operator logins as a backend. Use pccnz.dragonfury.club for agent, distributor and admin access.
I forgot my password
Password resets for backend accounts go through the provider or distributor that issued your account. We cannot reset it, and no one legitimate will ask you to send your old password to get a new one.
My account is not recognized
Confirm with your provider that the account is active on Dragon Fury and that you have the exact username they issued. Legacy VBlink-era usernames should not be assumed to exist on the current platform.
I am using an old VBlink bookmark
Delete it and bookmark pccnz.dragonfury.club instead. Old addresses may not lead anywhere current, and some lookalike pages may not be legitimate.
Do my old VBlink credentials work?
We cannot confirm that they do. Ask the provider who issued them. Do not keep trying repeatedly; some systems lock accounts after failed attempts.
My account appears disabled
Only the issuing provider or distributor can tell you why and whether it can be restored. Titan Gaming Solutions can help with accounts it issued.

Old VBlink login links
Plenty of operators still have VBlink-era bookmarks, saved logins in their browser or links pinned in chat groups. Those were set up for the previous branding. Current Dragon Fury backend users should go to https://pccnz.dragonfury.club/ instead.
