Administrative access

Dragon Fury Admin access and responsibility

The backend guide explains the system. This page is about authority: what administrative access means, how it differs from distributor and agent access, and the security standard it demands.

What Dragon Fury admin access means

"Admin" gets used loosely. Some people mean anyone who can log into the backend. Others mean the highest level of control in a particular operator network. On this site we use it the narrower way: an account with administrative scope over other accounts, granted deliberately, through the authorized Dragon Fury backend.

Administrative access is not a separate website. It is a level of permission inside the same backend everyone else uses. Two people can open the same portal and see very different things because one of them holds admin scope and the other does not.

The admin portal

Administrative users sign in at the verified backend portal, https://pccnz.dragonfury.club/, using credentials issued to them by an authorized party. There is no separate "admin login" URL that we have verified, and you should be suspicious of anyone offering one.

Opens pccnz.dragonfury.club in a new tab. You are leaving DragonFuryBackend.com.

Permissions and scope

The most useful thing an administrator can know is the exact boundary of their own authority. Before relying on admin access, get clear answers to these questions from whoever issued it:

  • Which accounts fall under my control, and which do not?
  • Can I create, edit, suspend or only view accounts beneath me?
  • Can I move credit, and in which directions?
  • What history of my own actions is recorded, and who can see it?
  • Who do I escalate to when something is outside my scope?

We do not list specific Dragon Fury admin permissions because we have not verified them, and they may vary by account. Written answers to the questions above are worth more than any generic list.

Account hierarchy

Think of the hierarchy as concentric circles of responsibility. Each level answers for the accounts inside its circle. Administrators sit at or near the outside of their circle; distributors manage the agents and stores they supply; agents manage what is directly in front of them. When something goes wrong, the right first contact is almost always the level directly above the affected account.

Credit controls

If your admin scope includes credit, treat it as you would a bank signing authority. Record every movement on your side with date, amount, counterparty and reason. Reconcile daily. Never move credit based on a chat message you have not verified by a second channel. See the credits guide for the record-keeping habits that matter.

Reporting

Administrators usually need history more than anyone. We have not verified which reports the current backend offers, so confirm with your provider what is available and export or note what you need regularly instead of relying on a screen you may not be able to revisit later.

Security for administrators

An administrator account is the most valuable target in any operator network. The standard should match:

  • Use a unique, long password used nowhere else. A password manager makes this painless.
  • Never share admin credentials with staff. If someone needs access, ask for them to be issued their own account at the right level.
  • Never type credentials into a page you reached from a link in a message. Type the portal address yourself.
  • Never send a password, one-time code or recovery code to anyone, including your provider and Titan Gaming Solutions.
  • Sign out on shared or public devices.

Administrators who worked under the VBlink name will find the operator side now carries Dragon Fury branding. The current portal is pccnz.dragonfury.club. Old VBlink admin bookmarks should be replaced, and whether a VBlink-era admin login still works must be confirmed with whoever issued it. Nothing should be assumed to have transferred.
