Dragon Fury agent vs distributor: understanding the account types

Two operator roles that share a portal but face different directions. A practical comparison to help you pick the right one, and work well with the other.

The short version

An agent serves stores and players. A distributor supplies and supports agents. Both sign in at the same verified backend, pccnz.dragonfury.club, and both have permissions set when their account is issued. The difference is the direction of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Agents are accountable for the locations in front of them: keeping stores operating, handling requests promptly and maintaining an accurate balance. Distributors are accountable for their agents: supplying credit, issuing or requesting access and being the first escalation point when an agent hits a wall.

Access levels

Neither role comes with a universal feature list that we can verify. Two agents may see different options; so may two distributors. This is the most common source of confusion, and the fix is always the same: get a written summary of your own account's permissions when it is issued.

Account hierarchy

In a typical chain, a provider supplies a distributor, the distributor supplies agents and the agents serve stores. Sub-distributors can sit in between. Wherever you are in the chain, the account directly above you is your first point of contact for access, credit and account problems. VBlink agents and distributors will recognize the same basic structure under the Dragon Fury name.

Credit management

Distributors hold balance in order to supply agents. Agents hold balance in order to serve their stores. Both should keep independent records and reconcile them against the backend. When credit moves between a distributor and an agent, both should log the same transaction, and both should notice if they disagree. More in the credits guide.

Typical use cases

  • A single store owner who wants direct control: agent.
  • An operator supporting three or four nearby locations: usually agent, sometimes a small distributor setup.
  • A reseller supplying several independent agents: distributor.
  • A regional operator working under a larger network: sub-distributor.

Which should you choose?

Start from your actual operation, not your ambitions. If nobody depends on you for supply today, an agent account keeps things simple. If you are already supporting other operators informally, a distributor account formalizes that. Titan Gaming Solutions handles both kinds of inquiry and will tell you plainly which fits.
